Specialized Support Service for Patients of the New HCV Purchase of regular Services that provide support to carry out healthcare activities effectively and efficiently for the delivery of quality service to patients and users of the health care system. Hospital, which allows quality processes to be carried out for a good care service for Patients and Users. The Establishment needs the company to make available 26 Specialized Support workers for patients, 5 part-time workers plus 1 supervisor, in the different areas and functions detailed in point NO4 according to technical bases; Definitions of table NO1 of point NO4 according to technical bases • SPECIALIZED SUPPORT Provide timely and continuous support in the Hospital's activities, such as such as maintenance and order, transfer of patients, post office activities and others entrusted by management in order to support the work and operation of the unit, adjusting to current policies, standards, protocols and procedures. Collaborate on the processes that the units require in the process survey, using information technologies, trained to prepare databases, control spreadsheets, financial reports and management reports, among other tasks.
