PART 1: Running a support group for people addicted to alcohol1) Scope of work to be performed by the group:a) Individual consultations - problem identification, preliminary diagnosis of addiction, personal and family problems of people joining the group.b) Conducting support groups for people: experiencing addiction problems, who have completed an addiction treatment program, addicts/maintaining abstinence) Thematic scope of work with the group: Searching for internal and external resources Planning new life tasks Building trust and attitude towards the outside world. Strengthening family relationshipsd) Recognizing the problems of people and their families and providing information about the possibilities and places of using help in specialist clinics, support centers and offices.e) Motivating to individual and family psychotherapy and education of clients and their families in the field of addiction and co-addiction. f) cooperation with the Municipal Commission for Solving Alcohol Problems, the Interdisciplinary Team and employees of the Social Services Center in Siechnice. 2) Deadline for the execution of the order: from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2026. 3) Day of the group meeting: to be determined...
