These benefits are aimed at users referred by the Huechuraba Health Directorate, with the purpose of complement the available care offer, promote timely access to specialized services, contribute to the continuity of care and strengthen the resolution capacity of the community health network, through comprehensive care, interdisciplinary and focused on the needs of users, their families and caregivers.
