This consultation is launched following the procedure: Contract with adapted procedure - articles R.2123-1-3° and R.2123-2 of the Public Procurement Code The Human Resources Department wishes to organize driving training intended for drivers of Official Vehicles (Mayor, 1st Deputy, DGS, Cabinet). These training courses aim to strengthen travel safety, adopt preventive and eco-responsible behavior, and improve the quality of service provided to the authorities. They will also update agents' knowledge of traffic rules, stress management and driving in special conditions (emergency, convoy, bad weather, heavy traffic). This training system contributes to the prevention of professional risks, reduction of costs linked to accidents or premature wear of vehicles, and participates in the overall process of professionalization and security of driving missions within the community.
