1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in providing minors diagnosed with mental disorders living in the Kowary Municipality with specialized care services tailored to their specific needs related to the type of disease. in the form recommended by the doctor. These services, in accordance with Art. 3 point 1 letter a, b, c of the Act of August 19, 1994 on mental health protection (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 917), are addressed to people: a) with mental disorders (including people showing mental disorders psychotic), b) with intellectual disability (mental retardation), c) indicating other disturbances of mental functions which, based on current medical knowledge, are classified as mental disorders and which require health services or other forms support and care necessary for life in a family or community environment.2.
