Tender Details

The subject of the order are social services consisting in the provision of specialized care services at the place of residence of the participants of the CUS project A new look at social services, implemented by the Social Services Center in Czechowice-Dziedzice as part of European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 program (ESF+), in the period from the date of conclusion of the public procurement to November 30, 2027. The services are addressed to people requiring specialized support in everyday functioning due to disability, health condition, limitations in fitness or other difficulties affecting their independence and active participation in social life. The aim of the services is to maintain or increase the participants' independence in life, develop competences necessary for everyday functioning, improving social functioning and supporting social and professional activity, as well as strengthening the ability to function independently in the place of residence and the local environment.
