Bærum municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for the procurement of a cloud based SaaS service that is available over the Internet and that shall provide employees of special educational service nurseries (SPTB) support for case handling, management, interaction and other assignments carried out by the service. The contracting authority would like to procure a trade system for SPTB that contributes to efficient work processes and supports SPTB's goal of providing early and correct help to the children who need special educational support, contribute to professionalisation and quality in the service, and ensure that Bærum municipality fulfils the documentation, privacy and interaction requirements across the education services.
