Glasgow City Council has a requirement for the provision of Specialist Food Products for the use in event catering and other situations where a more prestigious menu and ingredient is required.Currently the council has a contract for Specialist Products; however this is due to expire in December this year, and the council are now developing a strategy for a new tender.As part of the strategy development, the council is looking to expand the scope of the tender to include lots for artisan bread, ambient wrapped cakes and frozen desserts.
