This contract is a works contract which includes the execution of the following works: Lot 2: Site installation, dismantling of existing TS, installation of new technical installations (electricity, HVAC, fluids, access control, video surveillance, BMS, etc.) to be carried out in zones 2C and 3C. With regard to medical imaging, the work is to be carried out in four (three + one reduced) distinct phases clearly separated in time. All service renovation work of medical imaging at Tivoli University Hospital was broken down into separate batches defined above. All of this work will be carried out in four phases (including a reduced phase of renovation of the corridors to be carried out in the service in operation at the very end of construction site) and outside working hours, in a coordinated manner, in a hospital in service following precise directives communicated by the Adjudicator.
