Tender Details

The procurement concerns the provision of special services within the municipality's operations and within the framework of the municipality's pool of associations. This procurement is reserved according to ch. 4. Section 18 first point LOU. According to that provision, the contracting authority owns right to reserve participating procurement or fulfillment of contracts to protected workshops or to suppliers whose primary purpose is social and professional integration. In order to be qualified to participate in this procurement, tendering must supplier fulfill the points listed below:1. The tenderer must be a protected workshop or a company whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or people who have difficulty getting into the labor market.2. At least 30% of the employees of the tendering supplier must be people with disabilities or people who have difficulty entering the labor market. With people who had difficulty entering the labor market is meant, for example long-term unemployed with functional impairments according to the definitions applied by the Arbetsförmedlingen or another authority, who had particular difficulties in entering the regular labor market.
