Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 05 (Five) years.2. Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of building or boundary wall of BDT not less than 35.00 (Thirty Five) Lac in a single contract within last 05 (Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) Lac.4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lac. In case of credit facilities, Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 without any alteration uploaded in CPTU website must be submitted for this purpose.5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 38.00 (Thirty Eight) Lac6. The contractor shall maintain the specified pro-rata progress7.
