The Government of Saint Lucia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the OECS Regional Health Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for SMART Rehabilitation of the Delcer Wellness Centre. The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Elderly Affairs now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for SMART rehabilitation the Canaries Wellness Centre to improve its functionality and structural soundness and make the facility greener.The project entails the implementation of upgrades to improve the functionality of the clinic, improve its structural soundness and make it a greener facility by enhancing energy efficiency.
