Request for Information (RFI): Special Operations Combatives Program (SOCP) and Tactical Training
1. Introduction
This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes only. It is not a solicitation for proposals or a commitment by the U.S. Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted. 2. Requirement Overview
The primary requirement is to teach, certify, and maintain the proficiency of a 2, 500-Soldier Special Forces unit in accordance with United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) standards. For full technical requirements, scope, and execution details, please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
3. Critical Instructor & Experience Requirements
To meet the rigorous, specialized mission standards of the 5th SFG(A), responding sources must demonstrate that their proposed instructional team and organization meet the following key performance parameters:

Martial Arts Expertise: The lead/head instructor must hold a 4th Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ).
