This sole source award aims to facilitate the transition of our on-premises Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to Azure-based Virtual Desktop (AVD) solution. The services required for the design, implementation, and ongoing operational support of the Microsoft Azure public cloud-based Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) pilot system are unique and highly specialized. The complexity of migrating to a cloud-based VDI solution necessitates expertise in Azure architecture, configuration, and management that is not readily available.
