Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5 Section 6 The subject of the order is the supply of special medical equipment for coronary and structural cardiology procedures for the public contracting authority listed in Appendix no. 12 competition documents. The subject of the order is divided into 6 (in a word: six) parts. The tenderer can submit an offer for one part, several parts or all parts, following chapter C. Description of the subject of the contract. The offer must be submitted for the entire scope of the relevant part of the subject of the order, for all of them items of the relevant part of the subject of the contract. A detailed description of individual parts of the subject of the contract is given in Appendix no. 12 competition documents. The offered goods must be in the registration database of medical devices/special medical material, led by the State Institute for Drug Control. Transport to the place of fulfillment is part of the subject of the order. Part 1: Group of special medical equipment for interventional cardiology with particular reference to the special aspiration catheter intended for removal thrombus from coronary vessels, single-lumen and double-lumen microcatheters, NC and SC dilatation balloons, guide wires, guide catheters and accessories for interventional cardiology procedures, including valves and introducers.
