1) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro, through the 2026 Appropriations Ordinance (20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Pesos and 87/100 (Php3, 999, 997.87) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Special Maintenance Along JNR-Malpalon P/R, Calintaan (Ref. No. 187-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro now invites bids for the Construction of Slope Protection with Wheel Guard with 759.74meters length and is located at Calintaan, Occidental Mindoro. Completion of the Works is required 96 calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
