Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details The subject of the public contract is the implementation of energy-saving measures in the buildings of the Special Primary School, Kindergarten and Primary School in Ústí nad Orlicí, consisting in the replacement of the existing method of heating with storage stoves for a new heating system, including a new hot water source assembled from three electric boilers with a total installed output of 135 kW. Other cost-saving measures are the complete insulation of the envelope of the buildings, the replacement of the remaining old windows (approx. 10% of the total area of the windows), the replacement of the entrance door, the installation of external window shading on on the south side of the buildings and ensuring energy-saving air exchange (ventilation technology with recuperation). The works also include the insulation of ceiling (roof) structures and the reconstruction of building D (boiler room). Coordinated and fully automated operation of the boiler room and HVAC units is solved by a measurement and regulation system.
