In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 10, DLA Energy is conducting market research to identify interested vendors capable of providing fuel products to DLA Energy customers located in North Carolina (Customer Organized Group (COG) 4 region). The qualifying North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 324110. The resultant contract type will be a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment contract.
