The purpose of this Amendment 0013 is for the following reasons:
1. This is a correction to Amendment 0012 that was issued on 17-Feb-26. The corrections are listed under Sections A-C:
A. The amendment is open only to the offerors that provided a proposal under SPE60525R0221. It is only opened to SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB).
B. The base reference date on the Price Data Sheet is corrected to read November 3, 2025.
C. The recommended escalators for each CLIN is listed below:
CLIN 0001 - OPIS Tacoma Jet Fuel (J) = $3.1600
CLIN 0002 - AXIS Spokane UNL CBOB Oxy Avg = $2.5108
CLIN 0003 - AXIS Spokane NO2ULS Avg = $3.4232
