The subject of this tender is for the supply, construction and finishing of a winch room at Gnejna Bay, Malta including all ancillary works. The main works of this tender shall include but are not limited to the following: • Demolition / breaking, including removal of vegetation and other materials / equipment; • Breaking of the existing surface, excavation and construction of trenches and manholes containing ducts; • Reinstatement of the disturbed area in accordance with Transport Malta and Infrastructure Malta requirements and regulations. • Construction and finishing of the winch room.
