The overall project objective is the upgrading of Ulysses Grove through the formation of passages, the development of play and picnic areas, including a new playing area layout, public conveniences, and stores; shading devices and new connection at xewkija, Gozo within specified performance targets of time, cost, quality, scope, risk, and benefits.
