OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT The object of the acquisition is the maintenance and further development services of the system for the production process of the spatial data data used by the emergency center information system. The emergency center information system uses geocoding and routing materials and map images created on different scales. The procured service is described in more detail in the appendix to the request for participation "HAK; Request for participation; Appendix 1; Description of the object of procurement". CONTRACT PERIOD The length of the contract period is three (3) years. The procurement unit has the right to extend the validity of the contract for two (2) one (1) year option periods under the terms of the contract. The goal is for the procurement contract to enter into force in September 2026. SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT The scope of the acquisition has been described in more detail in the appendix to the request for participation "HAK; Request for participation; Appendix 1; Description of the object of procurement".
