Summary Details:
The District of Sparwood invites interested parties to submit price quotations for the full renovation of the men''s and women''s community hall bathrooms located within the Sparwood Leisure Center. The project includes a complete redesign and rebuild of the washrooms including revised toilet stall configurations, replacement of partitions, removing and installing new tile work, removing and replacing bathroom vanities and upgrading lighting fixtures to LED. Interested proponents are required to complete a site visit which can be arranged on an individual basis by contacting Peter Dudman at [email protected] or via phone at 250.425.0552. Site visits will occur between July 22 and August 5, Monday through Friday 7:30 - 3:00 pm.
