The Bidder must pay a non-refundable Mumarasa Fee 25.000 K.D as specified in RFQ
document as follows:

National Bank of Kuwait, Ahmadi Branch, Kuwait.

BID BOND:
Each offer must be accompanied by an Initial Bank Guarantee equal to KD 500.000 in favor of the
Kuwait Oil Company and valid for 90 days validity period of the Mumarasa, issued in the form of
Letter of Guarantee by any approved local bank. The Mumarasaer shall duly fill in and complete
Attachment B to the Form of Mumarasa.
PERFORMANCE BOND:
The successful Mumarasaer shall submit a Performance Letter of Guarantee to the value of 10% of his
bid. The Performance Bond shall be valid for the quoted delivery period plus 21 months.
