Tender Details

The purpose of the contracting authority is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier, in accordance with the binding model of the framework agreement of the Contracting Authority, which is Appendix No. 6 of this Tender documentation. Partial public contracts will subsequently be awarded without renewal of the competition (hereinafter referred to as "partial contracts"). The subject of partial orders is the supply of spare parts for switches and switch structures, for the repair and maintenance of the railway transport route.
