PARTICIPATION APPLICATION REQUEST Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command (later on FDFLOGCOM or contracting entity) is requesting your participation in the procurement of the Spare parts for the MD369 D/E helicopters and Rolls-Royce M250-C20B engine.
