Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Electrical/ Instrumentation & Control related Goods of at maximum 03 (three) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 45, 00, 000.00 (Forty-Five Lakh Taka). i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of Bank Guarantee or credit line facility of Tk 60, 000, 00.00 (Sixty Lakh), net of other contractual commitments at the time of tender submission (In case of credit facility Bank shall mention name of Procuring entity and tender name). The Tenderer shall submit documents as evidence of the above requirements (end user certificate). The Tenderer shall submit valid and updated Trade license, TIN, Income Tax Certificate/Tax Paid acknowledgement slip and VAT registration certificate.
