Description : Request for Quotation for the supply of Chemicals for Laboratory for use during Pesticide Residue and Contaminants Analysis at SPAL-Cebu for CY2024.

The BPI-SPAL-Cebu, through the General Appropriation Act intends to apply the sum of Eighty-one Thousand two hundred Pesos Only (81, 200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).

The BPI SPAL-Cebu now invites bids from all PhilGEPS registered contractors for the abovementioned procurement.

The Bidder must submit a copy of PhilGEPS Registration Number, Updated Mayor's Permit/ Business Permit, Certificate of BIR Registration, DTI Registration, and Photocopy of one (1) Company ID or one (1) Valid ID with three (3) specimen signature. The Office will also require the winning bidder to submit Omnibus Sworn Statement prior to the issuance of the Notice of Award.
