Tender Details

The object of the procurement is the overall contract for Yleisradio Oy's site in Pasila. The contract includes construction, electrical, ventilation, plumbing and building automation works. The construction site is located in the Pasila district of the city of Helsinki, block 17053, at Uutiskatu 9, 00240 Helsinki. The work area targets Yle's Shipping Center building, whose offices on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th floors will be renovated in accordance with the technical plans. The facilities are mostly in their original condition. The facilities have been built in 1984. At the same time, the space arrangements are changed to be more functional. In the implementation of the change work, the aim is to save existing structures, building technology installations and surface materials. The work must be able to be carried out in such a way that the employees are able to work in the building at the same time. Noise restrictions have been announced for the work in the contract program, which the contractor must take into account when implementing the work. The work must begin in October 2026 and the contract must be completed and handed over to the Customer no later than 29/10/2027. The completed contract can be received earlier. The contract will be implemented in two phases. The working time of the first phase starts on 12 October 2026 and its completion date is 18 June 2027 at the latest. The second phase will start on July 12, 2027, and its completion date is October 29, 2027. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its attachments.
