Tender Details

Tenders for Southview Place Housing Boiler & AHU Replacement, will be received at the office of HDA Engineering Ltd. until 2:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, May 14th, 2026. A mandatory site walk through for Contractors will be held on Thursday, May 7th, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The walk through will take place at Southview Place Housing. The address is 100 Heritage Drive, Langenburg, Saskatchewan. Meet at the front entrance of the building. All contractors shall notify HDA Engineering Ltd. a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walkthrough of their intention to attend. Notifications can be made by email at hda@hdaeng.com or by phone at 1 (306) 525-9815. Tenders must be submitted on the form furnished by the Consultant. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in 10% of the bid. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from qualified Mechanical Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. These reservations shall apply equally to Sub-Contractors.
