The Southern Ostrobothnia ELY Center will request your tender for the management of public transport services from 2.6.2025 to 8.8.2027. The subject of the acquisition is divided into twelve parts where the length of the contract vary. Traffic is procured under a gross agreement. A gross agreement means a service agreement regulation (1370/2007) and a public transport service agreement referred to by the Specialty Area Procurement Act (1398/2016), where the risk of box office revenue has a traffic subscriber. The traffic contained in this procurement shall be granted a separate administrative decision in accordance with the Service Contracts Regulation. Flag and Payment system requirements, as well as the interoperability requirements required by the Transport Services Act /320/2017) are described in more detail in the invitation to tender and it in the appendices.
