Tenders are invited for Cayman Islands Health Services Authority (CIHSA), South Wing Accommodation and Support Building, Shell and Core-Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services.
The cayman islands health services authority (cihsa), is seeking quantity surveyor consultants are sought to provide cost analysis consultant services (during schematic design, design development, construction document, contract admin stages, construction close out and defects period and post occupancy ) for the south wing accommodation and support building, shell and core located on block 14e parcel 675. The quantity surveyor consultants are required to be familiar with the cayman islands cost factors, market prices, rics principals of measurement (international) and aace level 4. The quantity surveyor consultants will be expected to play the standard role of cost consultant with the pwd, project manager (pm), architect/engineer team, in the cost analysis of common local construction type solutions and the building shall be engineered of common local construction type solutions of standard local materials and methods. The works comprises the following: construction of a new office accommodation and support facilities at the cayman islands hospital encompassing four (4) floors - approximately 43, 940 sq. Ft the works within this scope is the core and shell only and the building fit-out is a separate project that would be undertaken by others.
