CreateTO is inviting proposals from qualified proponents for the lease, development, and operation of up to four industrial development parcels (collectively, the “Properties”) encompassing lands municipally known as 100R, 220, 236R, 240R and a portion of 320 Unwin Avenue. The Properties are located adjacent to the Ship Channel within Toronto-s Port Lands. Proponents are invited to express interest in one, several, or all of the available parcels and may propose a range of uses consistent with the site context and applicable planning framework, including leveraging access to the Ship Channel for marine, industrial, logistics, or other compatible employment uses and preserving salt storage capacity to meet the City of Toronto-s requirements. The Lessor anticipates entering into a medium-term (5-year) ground lease arrangement with one or more proponents. Proponents may submit proposals for one or multiple parcels. The Lessor reserves the right to select different proponents for different parcels, to select one or more proponents for one or more parcels.
