D2. SCOPE OF WORKD2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist generally of replacement of water-cooled chiller CHLR-B679 and HVAC upgrades at the South End Water Pollution Control Centre (SEWPCC).D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:(a) supply and installation of a new water-cooled chiller;(b) supply and installation of a new refrigerant leak detection system;(c) supply and installation of a new refrigerant exhaust system and ductwork;(d) supply and installation of instrumentation and control equipment;(e) Wiring of new controls and interlocks to the existing automation system associated with the new equipment and updating loop tags;(f) provide configuration set points and programming;(g) provision of concrete pad;(h) provision of asbestos abatement to accommodate the Work;(i) completion of minor structural repairs to accommodate the Work as required;(j) demolition and removal of existing equipment to be replaced and;(k) Refer to the drawing set and complete specification for additional details.D2.3 The following shall apply to the Services:(a) City of Winnipeg Green Building Policy: New City-Owned Buildings and major additions; http://clkapps.winnipeg.ca/DMIS/DocExt/ViewDoc.asp?DocumentTypeId=2&DocId=5989(b) Universal Design Policy http://clkapps.winnipeg.ca/DMIS/DocExt/ViewDoc.asp?DocumentTypeId=2&DocId=3604
