RFI - Opinion relating to the supply of architectural mapping software package solutions to meet the potential needs of the La Poste Group For several years, the Consumer and Digital Branch (BGPN) of the La Poste Group has relied on a Enterprise Architecture system in order to structure, document and manage knowledge of its information system. An architecture mapping tool is currently used to represent the business, application, data and layers. techniques, and support routine modeling and analysis activities. In a context marked by the acceleration of digital transformations, the increase in complexity of IS and the emergence of new capabilities such as artificial intelligence, the BGPN now wishes to study the opportunity to evolve its Enterprise Architecture tools towards a more complete, more automated and more scalable solution. This reflection aims to allow both: On a functional level, a better control of IS urbanization, data governance, transformation trajectories and impact analyses; On a transversal level, the integration of new capabilities such as dynamic mapping, simulation of evolution scenarios, advanced collaboration and AI assistance.
