One of the actions to be implemented in the very short term would be the improvement of treatment at the factory to effectively treat PFAS. This call for sourcing aims to allow SMEP Rhone Sud to determine more precisely whether solutions for treating PFAS in drinking water penabling SMEP to deliver compliant water within tight deadlines. In accordance with article R.2111-1 of the Public Order Code, the union invites interested operators capable of demonstrating experience and/or capacity to design and/or carry out and/or operater facilities or equipment allowing the additional treatment of PFAS under time conditions consistent with the health emergency to participate in discussion meetings and to share their know-how and experience.
