SYSTEM TECHNICAL SUPPORT



1. Description: Program Manager Office Light Armored Vehicle (PMO LAV) is responsible for the total life cycle support for the Family of Light Armored Vehicles (FOLAV) and is located at the United States Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) in Warren, Michigan.

PMO LAV seeks to identify sources capable of providing engineering and logistic support for the Improved Thermal Sight System (ITSS) and the Anti-Tank Weapon System (ATWS) on the USMC Family of Light Armored Vehicles (FoLAV). These systems are proprietary to the Raytheon Company. The System Technical Support activities include the following STS categories:

a. Systems Engineering

b. Reliability and Maintainability Support

c. Prototype Hardware/Software

d. Engineering Change Proposals

e. Configuration Management and TDP Maintenance

f. Logistics Products

g. Product Improvements

h. Systems and Equipment Training

i. Field Failure Analyses

j. Obsolescence Reports
