The U.S. Geological Survey is conducting a MARKET SURVEY to determine the interest and capability of any firm eligible to provide software license subscriptions and support for Quality Positioning Services (QPS) software modulesTHIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. Specifications:Quality Positioning Services (QPS) software modulesThe following License Subscriptions are required for continued use of QPS software: Qincy 9, Qimera 2, Fledermaus 8, FMGeocoder, Automatic Height Matching, TU Delft Sound Speed Inversion, and the HIPS I/O.Deliverables include software module subscription licenses and annual support for one-year.
