If your company is interested in and capable of supplying the above listed fuel products, please respond to this Request for Information as soon as possible. In responding to this request please provide the following information:
a)Identification of the firm and its owners (company name, email address, phone/fax number.)
b)Background information of the firm and Contractor regarding technical ability, financial capacityand ability to perform.
c)Provide company capability statement describing your company-s ability to supply and deliverfuel in Peru. Provide the following information with your capability statement:
1.Identify the specific types of fuel available for delivery and all possible methods of delivery(Example: Automotive - Tank Truck/Tank Wagon, Drums, ISO, Barge, Bags, Planes, Railcar) inPeru.
