Technical Requirements shall include the following but not limited to: 1) Experience in servicing the LC-MS/MS and HPLC2) Authorized Reseller Agreement4) All factory only recommended parts5) Factory software updates6) On-site hardware troubleshooting and repair with standard response time of 2 to 3 daysThe result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
