Description
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is conducting market research for subscription products that that integrates with existing word processing software to provide legal citation checking, insertion, and linking functionalities when drafting legal documents. This requirement consists of two components:
Attachment 1 - Draft SEC Requirements List provides a description of the requirement. The SEC has a preference for a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) subscription product. The SEC is not seeking a subscription product that requires development.
Each respondent to this Sources Sought notice shall provide the following:
1. Summary/cover letter (limited to 3 pages) with the following company information:
Company name and address; Name of company representative and their business title; Verification if your company is registered in www.SAM.gov and your company's unique entity identifier (UEI) number (Note: your company must have active registration in SAM to be considered for this Sources Sought Notice) Business size and whether your company has any current socio-economic classifications (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Any GWAC or FSS contracts held by your company (e.g. GSA) and whether the subscription product is covered by your company-s GWACs.2. A description of your company-s subscription product. Provide details on how the product meets the stated SEC-s requirements.
3. A price estimate with pricing for a Base Period of 12 months and four Option Periods of 12 months each. The SEC is requesting a firm fixed price quote for 210 users.
4. If available, provide a listing of customers currently using the product including Federal and state government agencies and commercial customers.
