The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract with delivery 30 days after contract award. As part of its market research, the Medical Readiness Contracting Office -West (MRCO-W) is issuing this Sources Sought notice to identify and determine if there are potential sources which have the capabilities to provide (1) Scanning System, Light, Dental Impression (Intraoral Scanner) with validated Laptop and components to include a flex cart. The intraoral scanner is required to enable various workflows, including restorations, dental implants, aligners, surgical guides, Obstructive Sleep Apnea appliances, retainers, digital treatment planning, and facilitates easy collaboration with labs and peers through the Army Dental Lab Labtrac portal. (Ref. Attachment 1). The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.
This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this source sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder.
