The purpose of this market research is to identify potential qualified small businesses (including 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses) capable of providing consolidated, multi-facility janitorial services. The feedback received will contribute to determining the method of procurement and small business set-aside strategy. The Government is under no obligation to award a contract based on this announcement, nor will it reimburse respondents for any costs incurred.
