This is a sources sought notice only. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.

The department of veterans affairs (va), network contracting office (nco) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential service disabled / veteran owned business (sd/vosb) sources which can provide the following equipment:

e2 laser & endoscopy system ome2000

flight case for e2

video coupler for 17k pixel endoscopes

17" lcd medical grade flat panel monitor

custom operating room system cart

adjustable arm for cart

high res laser endoscope, 19 gauge, curved

high res. 23g straight endoscope

endoscope light & camera, 19 gauge-curved

endoscope light and camera, 20 gauge-straight

sterilization tray

10k pixel video adapter with 532nm & 810nm filter

laser goggles

potential sd/vosb s having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated equipment are invited to respond to this sources sought notice via e-mail to karen rhodes at karen.rhodes@va.gov no later than august 8, 2016. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.

Responses should include the following information: company name, address, and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; suggested equipment information including manufacturer, model and delivery schedule; whether system is presently offered on a current gsa federal supply schedule contract. Naics code 333314 is applicable to determine business size standard. Any questions or concerns may also be directed to karen rhodes via e-mail.
