This sources sought synopsis is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The information gathered will be used by the Government to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy if a solicitation is issued. DLA Energy is seeking to identify capable vendors who can meet the requirement outlined below:
Diesel Fuel, 10PPM SULF (SFD), NSN: 9140-01-556-9156, 1, 050, 000 U.S. Gallons
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 324110 - Petroleum Refineries and Product Service Code (PSC), Group 91 - Fuels, Lubricants, Oils, and Waxes. Vendors who are capable of providing these fuel products and that are interested in providing evidence of having capabilities to support these fuel products in this RFI should provide a detailed capability statement with the information listed as follows:

Interested parties are requested to respond to this Sources Sought notice with a capability statement that includes the following documentation:
Refinery location(s);
Certificate of Analysis (COA) / Certificate of Quality (COQ) for the SFD fuel type;
A detailed Transportation Plan; and
Letters from your proposed suppliers.
