THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY SEEKING RESPONSES IN ORDER TO DETERMINE PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACQUISITION. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Contractor will provide heavy-duty, transportable racking systems to organize, protect, and rapidly deploy Compact Track Loader (CTL) attachments. as specified in Salient Characteristics, to include direct delivery to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.
Salient Characteristics:
1. Model Equivalency - Must provide two functional variations equivalent to the manufacturers baseline models:
"Bucket Bunker® Demo PRO™" Equivalent: Must have dedicated internal and external storage space designed to securely hold a loader bucket, a set of pallet forks, a top-mounted grapple/large attachment, and an internal tool (e.g., hydraulic breaker or tree puller) simultaneously.
"Bucket Bunker® Grapple PRO™" Equivalent: Must have dedicated storage designed specifically to accommodate bulky hydraulic grapple attachments on a top shelf, alongside loader buckets, pallet forks, and multiple hydraulic/demolition tools.
2. Storage Capacity
Each individual racking unit must be capable of securing and storing four (4) to five (5) distinct CTL attachments simultaneously.
3. Caterpillar & Universal Compatibility
Mounting brackets and slots must be fully compatible with standard Caterpillar (Cat) CTL attachments and standard SAE J2513 Universal Quick Attach interface plates.
