The object of the acquisition is two movable, sound-insulated conference/work spaces delivered and installed ready for use at a location designated by Kangasniemi municipality in the central area of ​​Kangasniemi municipality with leasing financing. The contract period is three years and the customer has the right to redeem the premises at the end of the contract period. The redemption price or the basis for determining the redemption price must be stated in the offer. Premises requirements• The area of ​​the premises must be at least 5 m² and at most 7 m².• The width of the front wall of the premises must be a maximum of 2.4m and a maximum depth of 3.0m.• The space must be suitable for at least three people to work at the same time and for conferencing.• The premises must have integrated lighting and ventilation.• Two opposite walls must have glass walls.• The second glass wall must have adjustable visibility dimming to the outside.• Ventilation must be adjustable and the air flow can be directed.• Lighting must be adjustable.
