Solvents - 60 gallons of xilol/xileno Liquid Fco Ambar. 72, second and third paragraphs, of the State Contracting Law, contained in Decree No.74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in the Diary Officer "La Gaceta" dated September 17, 2001, will be sanctioned with a fine equivalent to zero points thirty -six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract. Public, the sanctioning clause must contain. OBSERVATIONS: The contribution must be sent to this IHSS Office of Specialties Hospital Barrio La Granja, signed, sealed and dated, in on sealed and lacrado, identifying it with the number of said contribution, otherwise it will not be considered in the process.
