By this notice of interest, the Autorité des marchés financiers is soliciting information and interest from respondents for a project to replace the Folio software suite.Vision of the solutionThe future procurement of a tool to modernize management and consultation of the AMF-s corpus of legislation is being considered with a vision to: simplify the initial entry of, and subsequent amendments to, regulations and annual amendments to laws; automatically save a history of any changes to a regulation or law; simplify the release of regulations and public documents; and consult the corpus of texts relating to the relevant laws and regulations. OBJECTIVESThe AMF is seeking to gather information from respondents regarding their respective solutions so that the AMF can: improve its understanding of the products and services available on the market and current and future trends; obtain budgetary costs based on the procurement requirements defined in Section 4 of this notice of interest; validate the availability of certain features that have become essential; and validate certain technological functionalities that may potentially be required if the AMF retains a part of information management on its systems.This notice of interest creates no obligation on the part of the AMF to publish a call for tenders or award a contract.
