SaaS Disclosure Management Solution This file is a framework agreement with single-award orders with a minimum amount and a maximum amount. The purpose of the contract is to define the conditions and modalities for providing a solution in SaaS for the production and publication of the Annual Financial Report (RFA), as described in the CSFT. The solution allows you to: -To secure, make reliable and industrialize the production of the Annual Financial Report, -To natively embed the requirements regulations (including ESEF) and their developments, -To strengthen collaboration between contributors, -To interface with financial and extra-financial source systems for efficient, traceable and audited production of the report. The solution allows also up to RATP to make access licenses to the service available to its subsidiaries who so wish. The services included in the scope of the market are described below. Minimum Amount Benefits: - Implementation of the Integrated Solution (including VSR of 3 months); - Access to the Application Service for a period of 48 months; Maximum Amount Benefits: - Minimum Amount Benefits; - Access to the Application Service for a maximum additional period of 48 months; - Extension of the Service Application for a maximum amount of €500, 000; - Associated services for a maximum volume of 400 man-days; - Reversibility.
